Mr. Brian Agustin, a PZC Eco Kolek Officer in charge of operations is checking the design of the uniform for our Eco-Warriors who will champion plastic collection within the island of Palawan.
These uniforms will serve as the personal protective gear of our Eco-Warriors who brave the streets of Puerto Princesa rain or shine. It also gives them a sense of ownership to the project because the uniform gives them identity and a sense of importance to the development of the community.
Imagine the dignity we could leverage and develop within the informal waste pickers who became our community based partners and leaders.
Project Zacchaeus is excited to see the fruition of our team’s labor especially in creating impact in the lives of our fellow Palaweños.
